Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment clears.

Delivery estimates (United States)
Most US-warehouse items ship with an estimated delivery window of 3–7 business days after processing. Exact timing depends on carrier and destination.

Shipping rates
Shipping costs (if any) are calculated at checkout based on your address and cart. Free-shipping offers, when shown, apply only to eligible products and destinations listed at checkout.

Tracking
When tracking becomes available, we email your tracking number and carrier link.

Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Delays
Weather, carrier volume, and holidays can extend delivery times. If your order is significantly delayed, contact us and we’ll help investigate with the carrier/supplier.
